Sins include pride, lie, hate, lust, gossip, cheat, greed, and even in our thoughts that are ungodly. Romans 6:23 Penalty of sin is death. 2- Put your faith and trust in Jesus. Jesus paid for our sins. Jesus took our place on the cross so we can live. Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 3- You can be saved through your faith only in Jesus. ( not any good works ) God's free gift of salvation is having faith, trusting, and believing in Jesus. Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast Say this prayer of Salvation, it is through your faith in Christ that gets you saved. Tell a friend that you are a Christian and that Jesus is your Lord and Savior. Heavenly Father, I ask that you forgive me with all my sins . I want you to be my Lord and Savior. I believe you died on the cross, was buried, and rose on the third day. Thank you for giving me your Son , Jesus to pay for all my sins on the cross. I surrender all to you. Then he said to the crowd, “If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me. • Give up selfish desires, pride, and control. Get rid of all sins in your life. Let Jesus transform your life one day at a time. This process of purification and sanctification is an awesome process of deepening your relationship with the Lord. • Take up his cross daily – Living sacrificially, with commitment and willingness to endure hardships for Christ. • Follow me – Walking in Jesus’ footsteps, obeying His teachings, and living out faith actively. • Obeying His teachings – Living by His Word and keeping His commandments (John 14:15). • Walking in love – Loving God and others sacrificially (John 13:34–35). • Carrying your cross daily - Be resilience and persevere to endure trials, hardships, long suffering, or even persecution for His sake (Matthew 16:24). • Serving others – Living with humility and helping those in need (Mark 10:45). • Becoming more like Him – Allowing the Holy Spirit to transform your heart and character (Romans 8:29). God's character speaks volume in a persons life. It's rich in the fruits of the Spirit is overflowing in love, goodness, joy, kindness, faithfulness, patience, self-control, and humility. • Living with eternal hope – Fixing your eyes on the kingdom of God rather than temporary things (Colossians 3:1–2).
